Saturday evening we went to AIRrepublic, the restaurant by Sergio Herman located in the marina of Cadzand in the Netherland. Of course we didn’t go there randomly, it was my sister’s birthday <3

They serve fish and meat with an emphasis on the classic kitchen and Sergio's roots. I have to say I really enjoyed it because everyone was so friendly, you can’t imagine.

The food was incredible as well, I ate the AIRrepublic salad and as main course steak with some amazing vegies and fries. The dessert was something I never ate before but I will eat it again, Ferrero Rocher tiramisu.

To end the evening we drank some shots. A tequila shot, but not a normal one with salt and a lime but aged tequila. The second shot was on base of 18 herbs, I personally enjoyed the second one more than the tequila.
